Kato' ki provided financial support to the primary school for an extension to the basketball court, and the replacement of wooden basketball hoops with a metal-made combination of soccer goalposts and basketball hoops.

Like in other communities, the people of Chuchuka Alto was readily willing to provide many hours of volunteer labour to get the needed work done.​
